This rolling knife sharpener pairs an angle guide base with a cylindrical roller to work on dull or rolled edges. The set includes six replaceable diamond discs for progression from coarse grinding to fine polishing.
Features:
- Cylindrical Rolling Motion: Diamond discs at both ends of the cylindrical roller move along the blade edge for straightforward grinding of dull edges.
- Six Replaceable Diamond Discs: The four-angle version lists 240, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1500 grit discs for coarse grinding through fine polishing.
- Progressive Edge Refinishing: Select a coarser disc according to edge wear or slight rolling, then move gradually to finer grit for a more even edge.
- Comfortable Step by Step Use: The rolling form and guide reduce repeated angle estimation; hold the base steady and control grinding force to keep the blade from sliding.
